Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel has some great aspects, like its wonderful location just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. However, my room was a letdown due to its lack of a proper view and some necessary repairs that were pending. While the service team was responsive, having to manage housekeeping only every few days felt odd. Overall, I appreciated the convenience but found the overall experience could be improved significantly.
Our stay had its highs and lows. The location near Waikiki was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, the room itself felt outdated and could definitely use some updates, which impacted our overall comfort. Parking was also quite pricey, but I guess that’s expected in such a popular area.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful Waikiki beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was updated with a new kitchen and bathroom sink, but the shower felt outdated and had some peeling wallpaper. The dim and noisy views from the patios overlooking a parking garage dampened the experience a bit. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating check-in experience that left a sour note on my stay.
The Imperial Honolulu offers a decent stay due to its location in the middle of the action, but the experience can be marred by noise and a less than spacious room layout. The unit provided was quite small and cluttered, making it uncomfortable at times. While some services were helpful, the overall value for money feels lacking considering the pricing of food and activities nearby.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a perfect balance of affordability and convenience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the beach and near plenty of shopping and dining options. While the rooms were clean and met my needs, they could use a bit of modernization. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, although there were a few minor service hiccups during my visit. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly place near the beach.
